Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, commercial teams, engineering, and client-facing teams, to ensure new product feedback is triaged effectively. Additionally, you’ll lead pilot initiatives and work alongside Product Managers (PMs) to validate new products before they hit the market. • Ensure product scoping meets all criteria for Product Briefs and Product Requirements Documents, integrating input from both commercial teams and product users.

  • Lead the scoping, management, and execution of pilot programs, working closely with PMs and client teams to rigorously test and validate new products before market launch.

  • Partner with the Director of Operations to develop and refine templates, standards, and best practices, driving consistency and operational excellence across the product development process.

  • Ensure thorough UAT is completed for all products and features, validating readiness before release to market.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Client teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of product strategies.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize product operations processes, improve cross-functional communication, and drive efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Support the development and maintenance of critical documentation, including Product Briefs, PRDs, and pilot testing reports, ensuring compliance with both internal standards and industry best practices.

What We Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in an operations role, preferably in product operations, project management, or solutions engineering.

  • Proven track record in managing the execution of product lifecycles from concept to market launch.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience leading pilot programs and ensuring thorough UAT testing for product validation.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Client Success teams.

  • Proficiency in product management software and tools.

  • Experience managing Product Briefs and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) or similar documentation.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
