  • Predictive Analytics & Performance Measurement: You will evolve our data practices by using AI to establish benchmarks for success metrics at the product & process level. You will be responsible for using analytics to measure, surface, and distribute data about the product development process, enabling proactive, data-driven decisions that improve delivery & drive process improvements.

  • AI Evangelism & Subject Matter Expertise: You will continually strive to become a Subject Matter Expert, serving as the company's authority on the intersection of AI and product operations. This involves staying ahead of trends and best practices in HR technology and championing AI literacy to drive innovation across the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • AI Application: Demonstrated experience designing or implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize daily workflows and improve productivity.  Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements for AI systems is desirable.

  • HR Tech & Product Experience: Proven experience supporting product development and delivery. Experience within an HR technology or HR domain is beneficial.

  • Data & Analytics: The ability to analyze product data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of initiatives, and inform data-driven decision-making, coupled with excellent analytical skills to interpret and extract actionable insights from complex data. Experience using Databricks, Tableau or a similar reporting tool is a plus.

  • Technical Aptitude & Tooling: Strong technical aptitude and awareness of system architecture concepts. A willingness to learn how backend systems and admin dashboards function. You must be experienced using Atlassian (specifically Jira and Confluence), with proficiency in Lucid and Figma or equivalent tools considered a bonus. Demonstrated experience of AI-assisted tools like Replit, Lovable, etc. in a production-grade project is a strong plus.

  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

We will consider for employment all qualified applicants who meet the inherent requirements for the position. Please note that background checks are required, and this may include criminal record checks.
