About the Role Typeform is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this foundational role, 

you will lead the development and execution of strategic go-to-market plans to showcase the unique benefits of our solution. You will create compelling messaging that resonates with our target audiences and effectively communicates our unique value propositions. By collaborating closely with teams across the organization—including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—you will ensure a unified approach to driving product awareness, adoption, and growth. 

This will be a senior individual contributor role reporting to our Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing. Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and growth.

  • Orchestrate new product and feature launches, and work closely with product management to ensure we’re delivering end-to-end solutions that meet customers needs. 

  • Craft product messaging, positioning, and content for each key product, feature, use case, solution, and persona. 

  • Compile and distribute customer, competitive, and industry insights to inform product positioning and packaging, identify opportunities, and guide roadmap decisions.

  • Continually optimize product messaging and positioning across all market-facing communications, including our website, product collateral, and digital content.

  • Support the marketing team with key messaging and insights to execute targeted campaigns that resonate and differentiate Typeform in the market.

  • Develop tools and training materials to support internal teams and external partners, including product demos, enablement materials, marketing collateral, and competitive intelligence.

  • Represent Typeform at product events, customer conferences, and in presentations with partner and sales teams.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 5- 8+ years of experience in a product or solution marketing role

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing B2B SaaS products

  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and organized.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic marketing initiatives, work collaboratively across teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Demonstrated experience in creating compelling product marketing content, including case studies, blogs, and promotional materials.

  • Experience using customer insights and data to inform segmentation, buyer personas, messaging, competitive positioning, pricing recommendations, and go-to-market plans.

  • Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize ruthlessly, problem-solve, and execute independently.

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with hybrid product and sales-led GTM motion
