Senior Product Marketing Consultant
About the Role
JustAnswer is on a mission to help people by connecting them with verified Experts—from doctors to mechanics—through fast, accessible, and trustworthy online conversations. As we evolve our platform with cutting-edge AI+Human capabilities, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Consultant for a 6-month contract to take the lead in positioning and launching our AI Conversation Wizard—a tool designed to help Experts communicate more effectively and empathetically with customers. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, marketing, and user experience. You’ll work closely with Product, Quality, and Expert Experience teams to ensure this game-changing tool is understood, adopted, and loved by our Expert community.
What You’ll Do
Go-to-Market Strategy: Craft and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for the AI Conversation Wizard, from internal beta through full rollout.
Positioning & Messaging: Define and continuously refine product positioning and messaging to resonate with Experts and internal stakeholders.
Expert Engagement: Develop compelling materials (videos, guides, campaigns) that clearly communicate how the Wizard enhances communication and customer satisfaction.
Product Feedback Loop: Gather insights from Experts and internal teams to inform product development and iterate messaging.
Launch Planning: Coordinate cross-functionally to align launch timing, support, training, and communication.
Performance Analysis: Measure and report on adoption, engagement, and impact of marketing efforts to optimize strategy and drive usage.
What We’re Looking For
5-10 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech-forward consumer platforms.
Proven success in marketing AI-powered tools, productivity solutions, or communication platforms.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you know how to translate complex features into clear, benefit-driven messaging.
