About the job
We’re opening up a number of Senior Product Manager roles to help shape the future of our platform.
You'll be working on imagining the future of avatar technology, synthetic media, and programmable video. Your work would democratise the video creation process and bring the magic of video communication to areas of the enterprise not previously possible.
Think of it as an opportunity to enable a paradigm shift in video creation; today users find complexity and editing challenges, whereas we see a future where anyone can sit in the directors chair and bring a vision to life while removed from the day-to-day complexity of video production..
Today our platform is used by a community of passionate users, from freelancers, to content creators working in Fortune 500 companies. You will need to deeply understand the needs of our community, users, and customers and stay on top of the latest developments in the generative video & avatar space to shape your own product area.
Some of the areas we are hiring in (but are not limited to) include:
AI Assistant: You’ll be at the forefront of shifting users from the role of an editor to the director's seat. You’ll be focused on shaping a macro UX experience that shifts users away from the micro-level editing that is common in video production today.
Editor: You’ll be owning the core creative experience & responsible for enriching editing capabilities to help unlock higher quality videos and new use cases for our platform.
You’ll find high agency, autonomy, and an opportunity for impact regardless of the product area.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience managing world-class products.
Customer obsession.
Strong product opinions and taste - not shying away from proposing solutions based on your intuition and experience.
Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and bridge business goals with technical considerations.
Ability to take ownership of the end-to-end idea to product process and work as a self-directed member of the development team.
Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour.
Proven track record of shipping impactful products.
Outstanding communication skills.
Ability to be an outstanding cross-functional partner; from Engineering, to Design, Sales, Customer Support, and anyone else that will enable you to ship impactful product.
