  • Map customer jobs-to-be-done (test data management, data protection, storage optimization, AI-ready data, etc) to a coherent multi-release roadmap.

  • Identify market opportunities in ephemeral test environments, data for DevOps, and platformengineering; quantify impact using customer and business metrics.

  • Be an expert across our product, industry, and competition and leveragethat expertise to drive product innovation and capture market opportunities.

  • Leverage the ecosystem to identify and deliver revenue generating partner-based solutions

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and other team members.

Product Execution & Lifecycle

  • Write succinct Product Briefs and experiments; prioritize ruthlessly using data, support insights, and field feedback

  • Partner with engineering to deliver performant, resilient capabilities

  • Drive integrations with internal products (Delphix and Perforce) and 3rd-party toolchains (Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Puppet, ServiceNow, Liquibase, testing tools).

  • Define success metrics and run evidence-based iterations.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Create and deliver product-specific and thought leadership content including blogs and webinars

Go-to-Market & Launch

  • Drive launch plans with Product Marketing: target personas, solution stories, and differentiated messaging (speed, cost, compliance).

  • Present roadmap and demos to customers, analysts, and community audiences.

  • Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data, understanding costs, anticipating volume, and pricing custom orders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the enterprise software tooling industry including ownership of technical products and platforms
