  • Lead the discovery and implementation of innovative solutions to customer challenges through ideation, prototype development, testing (user and A/B), and analysis.

  • Frequently leverage data analytics and insights to inform decision-making and drive product improvements and optimizations.

  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to translate requirements into functional specifications, ensuring a balance between technical and customer-centric priorities.

  • Develop and foster direct, ongoing relationships with customers to gain unencumbered access to insights and drive solution adoption.

  • Provide frequent stakeholder updates on product development progress, ensuring regular feedback is sought and addressed to drive continuous improvement.

What We'll Expect From You

  • 5+ years experience in Product Management at a software company

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution anywhere in the world

  • Ideal candidates have experience scaling an API-first partner ecosystem product

  • Able to proactively manage your workload and tasks independently, demonstrating good judgment in prioritization and time management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your statements and questions are succinct and direct.

  • Able to travel to customer, partner, conference, and Olo office locations as needed

So if you're excited about this role but your previous experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
