Senior Product Manager: Claims Engine
The Opportunity:
If you or a loved one has ever tried to find an in-network therapist, you may know how difficult it can be—not only to find the right fit, but also to navigate the complexities of health insurance coverage. We are hiring a member of our product team to design a game-changing billing system that redefines the insurance claims process at Grow.
This is an opportunity to build technology that modernizes the therapy experience alongside a stellar engineering team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own the product roadmap and strategy for our Claims Engine Team. Our goal is to build the most intelligent, scalable, and efficient claims platform in mental healthcare. This includes claims submission and reconciliation tooling, automations, APIs, and related data models.
Build an industry-leading, bespoke revenue cycle system—from health insurance claims submission to claim adjudication and reconciliation.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML for intelligent collections at scale.
Analyze gaps in the claims lifecycle infrastructure, address data inaccuracies and inefficiencies, and proactively uncover opportunities to improve collections efficiency.
Collaborate closely with engineering, revenue cycle, and other product teams to ensure revenue cycle goals are met.
Set best practices and shape the culture of product at Grow, playing a key role in scaling our product organization.
You'll Be A Good Fit If:
Product Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare product management. Experience with healthcare billing is a plus, but not required.
AI/ML Intuition: Experience with AI/ML is a plus, but not required.
Ruthless Prioritization: Ability to synthesize data, experiments, and strategic priorities to consistently prioritize the highest-impact features and the most effective path forward.
Technical Expertise: Skilled in systems-level thinking, SQL, and understanding the data model implications of new features.
User Empathy: Passionate about engaging with internal users, understanding their unique challenges, and using those insights to build products from first principles.
Adaptability: Resourceful and resilient, able to think on your feet, overcome setbacks, and inspire your teammates to do the same.
Team Player: Naturally collaborative, thriving on camaraderie and shared success, and earning trust as a dependable partner and source of encouragement.
Role Details:
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is Hybrid Commitment: $182,000–$212,000 USD Annually Fully Remote Commitment: $152,000–$177,000 USD Annually

Both arrangements include travel 2–3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites).
