With offices in the vibrant cities of New York and New Orleans, we’re at the heart of legal innovation.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior PM with 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years building or managing AI-powered products. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong operational discipline, thrives in cross-functional settings, and can confidently engage with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive AI initiatives from concept through launch.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key AI initiatives — from discovery to post-launch iteration.

  • Join client calls and beta programs to gather structured feedback and ensure high product-market alignment.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform new opportunities and commercialization strategy.

  • Translate strategy into a clear, prioritized backlog with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Partner with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

  • Champion the voice of the customer by collaborating closely with client-facing teams.

  • Drive adoption and measure success across AI products through data-driven insights.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years in product management within B2B SaaS or workflow automation platforms.

  • 2+ years managing AI, ML, or data-intensive products.

  • Proven success leading cross-functional delivery and working directly with clients or external partners.

  • Experience translating business goals into technical execution.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong organizational discipline and ability to handle multiple priorities in parallel.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce-native applications.

  • Background in legal tech, fintech, or other complex operational domains.

  • Familiarity with LLMs, document intelligence, or data extraction workflows.

Disclosure: The estimated base salary pay range for this role is $140,000-150,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.

The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.
