We’re looking for an experienced and empathetic Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team. You will own the design part of our Jobs category, working closely with strategic partners in technology and product teams to bring our key initiatives to life.

The role

We’re looking for an experienced designer to join our Product Design team at OLX Group. You will help design, scale, and maintain the user experience within selected categories, with a primary focus on Jobs. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, and design operations specialists. As a member of the team, you will co-own and co-shape the product roadmap for our digital products. We want to hear from you if you have robust experience solving problems from various angles, excellent communication skills, a passion for improving your workflows with modern technologies, work efficiently, have a good sense of flexibility, and are seeking opportunities to work on large-scale solutions.

What you will be doing

  • Be involved in the end-to-end design, development, and implementation process by translating customer problems into solutions, designing from workflow and interactions to high-fidelity visual designs. Be able to absorb multiple sources of feedback in the process, explore multiple hypotheses, and drive the decision-making process to ensure the best product experience.

  • Use strong analytical thinking to interpret data, validate design choices, and support decisions with evidence throughout the process.

  • Being involved in design processes across the product lifecycle setting the vision for the user experience and managing collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Working closely with a collaborative and cross-functional team in developing and implementing a high-quality product experience in all stages of product development.

  • Co-own and co-drive the delivery phase of the product together with your Engineering and Product partners.

  • Act as a great example and a craft mentor for junior and regular designers.

  • Represent the Product Design & Research team in facilitating and contributing to design discussions and workshops, giving feedback in planning and product channels.

What skills and experience do you need

  • Comprehensive understanding and practice of applied user-centered design methodologies, including process stages (problem framing to hypothesis definition, ideation, testing solutions, design handover to implementation) and user research, to tackle complex customer problems.

  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to work with data, validate assumptions, and guide solutions through evidence-based decision-making. A goal-driven mindset with a proven track record of design work oriented by crucial business metrics and strategic product objectives.

  • Attention to detail, with great end solution case studies and examples that prove solving customer problems.

  • Active contribution to the design system, co-defining reusable design patterns and ways of working adopted organization-wide.

  • Seasoned communication skills with a proven track record of close collaboration with different stakeholders and peers on directions and solutions. Experience managing expectations and resolving complex cases is a great addition.

  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, both verbal and written, that allow you to explain the rationale behind your ideas and solutions with clarity and assertiveness. Fluent English is a must.

  • Fast-paced and flexible work style, allowing you to fine-tune iteration speed with quality outcomes and user validation.

  • Being a self-starter who doesn’t wait for tasks to be handed to you. Eager to grow and help people around you grow together. Thrives in a dynamic environment and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a diligent, autonomous, can-do attitude.

  • A big plus if you have experience across a variety of emerging technologies like AI, conversational interfaces, and AR.

Our Benefits

  • Salary + annual bonus up to 15% of your annual gross salary + tax deductible costs up to 80%

  • Work with and impact all OLX websites around the world

  • Train and conference budget and free access to Udemy courses

  • A benefits package with 300 points on the Mybenefit platform per month, private medical care provided by Luxmed, Ask Henry services, and much more

  • 100% remote work (and the possibility to work from our offices in Poznan and Warsaw)
