JOB TITLE: Senior Product Designer - Growth LOCATION: Remote
THE ROLE: Splice is looking for a seasoned Senior Product Designer to design engaging user experiences that drive user growth to our marketplace platform. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing products that captivate and delight our users. You'll work closely with a diverse team of designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, customer experience specialists, data scientists, and more. Your mission will be to design, prototype, test, build, measure, and refine new and existing products. You will leverage various communication and prototyping techniques to share and evolve your design ideas effectively.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Drive platform growth: Design engaging experiences and experiments to enhance platform growth.
Develop design assets: Produce sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity visuals, and interactive prototypes to articulate design concepts.
Lead design projects: Manage design initiatives from problem definition to production, ensuring ongoing success and adaptation.
Enhance collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to advance projects and shape strategic direction.
Utilize insights: Apply UX research and analytics to assess and refine the effectiveness of design solutions.
Engage in community practice: Actively participate in design reviews, design sprints, and provide constructive feedback.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience working as a Product Designer
Experience authoring and managing design systems
Demonstrated ability to turn abstract ideas into high-quality designs
Portfolio showcasing a history of high-quality work
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and problems being solved
Self-motivated and able to take ownership of work and attention to detail
Humble and open to receiving and incorporating feedback
NICE TO HAVES:
Passion for music and familiarity with creator culture
Experience working at high-growth organizations
The national pay range for this role is $122,500 - $135,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
