What you’ll do:
Design and test new features which help prospective clients find mental health support which meets their needs, prioritizing an intuitive, supportive, and efficient user experience.
Work closely and transparently with partners from Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing.
Work iteratively, using A/B testing, research, and other tools to test hypotheses and solutions.
Collaborate with other designers across the organization, particularly on the Care Finding Provider team, which represents the clinical side of our marketplace.
Who you are:
You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a consumer-facing space. Previous experience with search or marketplaces is preferred but not required.
You have a portfolio with case studies of real, shipped work that showcases a deep understanding of user needs, your creative problem-solving chops, and your ability to build strong, consumer-grade experiences.
You are comfortable working rapidly and iteratively to build stronger product experiences, with a bias toward action. You focus on measurable user and business outcomes, and are able to move forward decisively through ambiguity.
You are a curious, ambitious, empathetic, and strategic designer who thrives in complexity and brings clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.
You are fluent in digital design and prototyping tools, especially Figma, and can confidently communicate ideas through flows, wireframes, and prototypes
You are passionate about user research, from moderating interviews to synthesizing insights, and you advocate for accessibility and usability in every solution.
