Bitrise seeks a Senior Product Designer to join our highly collaborative design team and contribute to shaping the innovative user experience for Bitrise, the leading mobile DevOps platform.

As a Senior Product Designer on our Core CI team, you will be part of a fast-paced product development, striving to fulfill our comprehensive platform vision. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, ideating on ways to enhance user experiences with your discovery team peers and assisting developers in efficiently implementing these ideas. You will have opportunities to tackle challenging technical issues and gain a deeper understanding of complex problems by discussing them with experts.

This is a remote position with most in-person events taking place in Hungary.

The gross monthly salary range for this position is 1,200,000-1,600,000 HUF.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user pain points and craft seamless solutions for our mobile DevOps platform.

  • Design intuitive user experiences using Figma, ensuring alignment with our design system.

  • Refine design solutions based on user feedback and insights from data. 

  • Validate your ideas through interviews and usability tests with internal experts and end-users.

  • Communicate your design concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.

  • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and high quality across the product.

  • Stay current with the latest design and technology trends to keep our product at the forefront of innovation.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in product design, especially with complex, enterprise-level software.

  • Proficiency in Figma, including the use of design systems and collaboration features.

  • Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and a solid grasp of layout, typography, and color theory.

  • The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions.

  • Experience in user research, usability testing, and analyzing findings to inform design decisions.

  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with engineers, designers, business analysts, and company leaders.

  • A growth mindset and openness to giving and receiving feedback.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and understanding of UX principles.

  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.

  • Understanding of tools and processes of software development (DevOps, CI/CD)
