Who we are & why we’re hiring
Twilio powers real-time business communications and data solutions that help companies and developers worldwide build better applications and customer experiences.
Although we're headquartered in San Francisco, we have presence throughout South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. We're on a journey to becoming a global company that actively opposes racism and all forms of oppression and bias. At Twilio, we support diversity, equity & inclusion wherever we do business.
About the job
This is a high-impact role, critical to driving Twilio's pricing strategy and developing key pricing operational processes. Your work will directly contribute to accelerating Twilio's business growth while simplifying the purchasing experience for our customers.
As a Senior Price Realization Strategy Manager, you will leverage your expertise in pricing strategy, analytics, and operational execution to support platform-wide monetization initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Monetization & Pricing Strategy, you will play a critical role in shaping pricing and discounting strategies, experience building executive-facing dashboards in Tableau/Looker, and driving pricing operations to optimize revenue performance across the product portfolio.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Shape Strategy: Design price optimization strategies that accelerate business performance, incorporating considerations like price elasticity, product strategy, competitive differentiation, and financial analysis.
Application Design: Responsible for designing and optimizing pricing analytics dashboards and business processes to drive strategic pricing decisions, enhance efficiency, and improve profitability.
Partner with Finance/Deal Desk: Collaborate with Product, Deal Desk, and Finance teams to align on monetization strategy, ensuring efficient pricing execution across the organization.
Analyze Data: Dive into sales, customer, product, competitive, and financial data to uncover opportunities, test hypotheses, and scale successful strategies.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Foster alignment and champion the implementation of strategies across GTM Strategy, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
Qualifications
Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Twilio values diverse experiences in other industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. While having “desired” qualifications make for a strong candidate, we encourage applicants with alternative experiences to also apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Required:
Pricing Expertise: 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in roles with significant responsibility for pricing in B2B SaaS, or adjacent industries.
Project Management: Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects that generate measurable business impact.
Financial Modeling: Hands-on experience developing pricing models and evaluating monetization frameworks to support strategic decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior leadership effectively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
Desired:
SaaS/Industry Expertise: Experienced in a B2B environment with a strong understanding of consumption & subscription-based business models.
Data Visualization: Proven experience building clear, insightful dashboards using tools like Tableau or Looker. Ability to translate complex data into actionable visualizations that drive business decisions.
Global Considerations: Familiarity with regional pricing challenges, including regulatory constraints and market-specific strategies.
Education: preference for candidates with an MBA.
Location
This role will be remote, and based in Colombia.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
