Our HR Shared Services Team is a vibrant, globally distributed group that plays a central role in shaping the Typeform employee experience. Spanning multiple time zones and areas of expertise, this team ensures our people are supported and empowered. As the Senior People Operations Partner, you’ll be a key player in ensuring a world-class employee experience.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for everything related to employee experience, from onboarding and policies to benefits and systems. You’ll work closely with teammates across the People team and our cross-functional colleagues to help create processes that scale and improve the employee experience.
Things you will do:
Own and continuously improve core People Operations processes (onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, leave management, etc.)
Lead the administration and evolution of our global benefits programs, working with brokers and vendors to ensure they’re competitive, compliant, and aligned with our values
Be the go-to expert for all things benefits—answer employee questions, manage enrollments, and optimize communication around offerings
Collaborate with cross-functionally to ensure compliance with local labor laws, audit readiness, and data accuracy
Help scale our HR Technology setup to support global growth, ensuring accurate reporting and a great employee experience
Partner with the broader People team to bring new policies and processes to life—whether it’s a new parental leave policy or a better way to onboard remote hires
Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and enhance People processes
What you already bring to the table:
Proven experience in People Operations, preferably in a fast-paced, global tech environment
Have strong knowledge of global benefits programs and compliance considerations, especially in the EU and US
Are detail-oriented, organized, and love solving problems before anyone notices them
Have experience with HRIS platforms and feel confident managing employee data and reporting
Are a clear communicator—both in writing and in person—and can adapt your tone for different audiences
Are a team player who loves improving the employee experience and building strong foundations for scale
