Senior Partnerships Manager

In this role, you will assist in account management functions within the Personal Loans Media team. This including internal and external communications, research and analysis, supporting partner launches, and revenue optimization. This position will play a critical role in helping our Personal Loans team set the standard in creating a best-in-class experience for our partners that our competitors are measured against. You will inherit an existing set of partners that need to be optimized and grown. The right candidate will need to come in with some hustle, a sense of urgency, and ambition to make an impact. We are looking for a candidate with years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Analyze partner performance, identify trends and opportunities, and make recommendations to grow your partnerships
Take ownership of your accounts and bring your recommendations and optimizations to life
Manage and complete daily, weekly and monthly ad hoc support tasks and requests from publishers
Own partner reporting processes (weekly, monthly, quarterly) both internally and to your partners
Collaborate with internal teams to customize existing relationships and launch new partnerships
Requirements
3+ years of account management experience, experience in FinTech, or experience in the Personal Loans industry are preferred but not required
Ability to manage multiple projects and publishers and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Solid analytical skills
Must be comfortable with numbers and proficient with Excel and willing to develop proficiency with Tableau
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team oriented, considerate of others, and hungry for coaching (sense of humor is preferred but not required)
Can-do attitude, customer focused, self-starter, resourceful, highly organized, detail oriented, strong work ethic
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 USD to $110,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
