We are looking for a dedicated PreSales - Solutions Engineer Manager to join our fast-growing team in North America. Our team works closely with sales reps and their prospects to provide first-class technical and strategic support on some of the most complex and sophisticated deals. As the product experts, we have a deep understanding of the HubSpot software, platform ecosystem, handle tough objections, and lead successful evaluation cycles to gain product fit consensus from discovery to closing.
As a prospective manager, you’ll be curious, open, driven & entrepreneurial. You will build and scale a diverse team of talented Mid- Market Solutions Engineers across the US and Canada providing expertise and coaching in deal management, sales, and stakeholder management. You will also be working cross-functionally with the greater PreSales teams inclusive of Internal Solutions Engineers, Solutions Architects, Sales Specialists, and Solutions Consultants to provide a unified, valuable experience for our stakeholders and customers.
This is a demanding role that requires strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Partner with sales leadership and other cross-functional teams to drive revenue
Coach the team towards attaining key performance metrics and goals
Help define the key value propositions we communicate to customers

We’re looking for people who have:
2+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of success
Bachelor's degree a plus
3+ Experience working within a SaaS company
Experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar sales-facing role
Strong analytical and technical skills to identify trends and patterns
Reporting skills via Excel/GSheets, BI tools such as Looker etc., SQL use etc. a plus
Comfortable being hands-on
Cash compensation range: 183000-293000 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
