About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join SciLeads and take ownership of marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives across the business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be driving execution across digital, content, and events while also contributing to the strategy behind them. You’ll bring ideas to life, manage projects end-to-end, and ensure marketing efforts deliver measurable impact.

 

Development Opportunities: 

As a Senior Marketing Manager at SciLeads, you’ll gain exposure to all areas of B2B marketing—from campaign strategy and demand generation to event management and brand development. You’ll work closely with leadership, giving you visibility into high-level decision-making while owning projects end-to-end. This role is designed to grow with you: whether you’re looking to deepen your expertise as a senior individual contributor or move into a future people-leadership position, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your skills, take on greater responsibility, and shape the direction of marketing at a fast-growing SaaS company.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Campaigns & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline

  • Execute day-to-day marketing activities including content creation, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising

  • Support demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success Track campaign performance, provide insights, and optimise for better results

Content & Communications

  • Create and distribute newsletters, case studies, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral

  • Manage SciLeads’ website and social media presence with consistent, engaging content

  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality, on-brand messaging

Events & Community

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns for tradeshows, summits, and customer meetups

  • Manage logistics, promotion, and follow-up for events to maximise ROI and engagement

  • Support execution of the tradeshows and other company-led events

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with leadership to shape marketing plans and priorities

  • Align campaigns with business goals and ensure cross-functional collaboration

  • Bring fresh ideas and creativity to brand, content, and campaign execution

 

Essential Skills and Experience: 

  • 3–5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or life sciences marketing 

  • Experience contributing to strategic marketing efforts, building nurture campaigns, and bringing full campaigns to life

  • Proven track record managing campaigns, projects, and events end-to-end

  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot (a must), social platforms, and analytics tools

  • Experience in both designing and producing content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar tools

  • Comfortable balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills

 

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Background in demand generation, SEO, and account-based marketing
