Job Description
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the go-to-market strategy and commercial performance for a portfolio of online postgraduate programs, championing the student at every stage of the journey. You’ll shape insight-led competitive value propositions and translate these into high-impact, end-to-end marketing plans. You will lead a cross-functional Agile squad, manage budget allocation, and drive continuous optimisation to achieve student start and retention targets. You’ll also play a key role in building strong relationships with a critical university partner, using your influence to align stakeholders and drive innovation. With a focus on leadership, performance, and strategic impact, you’ll be instrumental in helping a leading university grow in the adult learner market.
