Our Zeebs are passionate about learning, growing, & working together to tackle exciting problems.

As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be crucial in driving data-driven decision-making within the marketing department. This role will involve analyzing channel mix, marketing spend, customer behavior, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights that optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in utilizing various marketing tools and platforms.

Location:

Our employees can choose to work remotely in the U.S. Join us in our Austin, Texas office, or opt for a hybrid setup. Whether you prefer the structure of an office, the convenience of remote work, or a mix of both, we support what works best for you!

Please note - At this time we are not able to hire in California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and New York.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns, spending, and strategy.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Lifecycle, and Analytics Engineering stakeholders to build clean, self-serviceable data models.

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing and SEO stakeholders to define experimentation strategy and analyze experiments.

  • Define and monitor key marketing metrics, business KPI’s, and customer behavior to identify cross-functional business growth opportunities.

  • Manage our existing marketing toolkit (i.e. funnel.io, Hightouch) and work with stakeholders to troubleshoot data issues.

  • Effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical teams, translating complex data into understandable and actionable stories.

What We're Looking For:

As we evaluate candidates across all roles, we look for folks with a strong sense of ownership, great communication and collaboration skills, and a dedication to continuous improvement.

  • You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience turning complex data into clear, actionable insights within fast-paced environments.

  • You’re fluent in the language of marketing data, from customer funnels to attribution models, and well-versed in the tools and statistical methods that bring campaigns to life.

  • Data Storyteller: You don’t just crunch numbers, you craft compelling narratives that resonate with executive audiences and drive business strategy forward.

  • SQL Power User: You’re comfortable diving deep into relational databases and writing performant SQL to uncover the “why” behind the “what.”

  • BI Tools: Whether it’s Looker, Tableau, Hex, or Google Analytics, you wield data visualization tools to bring clarity, impact, and speed to decision-making.

  • You seek out high-impact opportunities, bring structure to ambiguity, and deliver meaningful, data-driven solutions that move the needle.

  • Google Analytics experience

  • Experience with Python

  • Experience with ecommerce technologies

Benefits & Perks:
