A Lot About You

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced strategy & operations professional to join our dynamic Transformation Office. This highly visible role is in the belly of the beast: defining and executing the cross-organizational initiatives that will enable EDB’s next chapter of growth.  You effortlessly leverage the left side and right side of your brain balancing systems thinking and human-centered design thinking. Strategic thinking, meticulous execution and management thereof, communication and teamwork up/down/across the organization are key.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution development and implementation: define standardized processes suitable for cross-functional teams that will promote efficient outcomes today and can sustain robust growth tomorrow

  • Strategic project planning: develop comprehensive project plans that encompass all stages of software development, from inception to deployment. Ensure that projects meet quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements

  • Data analysis and information synthesis: ability to work with data and information in various forms and structures. Continuous understanding of quantitative and qualitative insights on your work: How impactful/efficient is a solution? Is this solution driving adoption and meaningful behaviors?

Ability to influence and gain consensus: with competing priorities across teams, the person in this role will need to work with senior leadership for alignment and their constituents for execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum 5+ years of strategic planning &  operations or 3+ years of management consulting experience preferred 

  • Sales operations and structure design experience a plus

  • Problem-solving skills, constantly thinking about innovative ways to improve

  • Excellent analytical, operations, interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills

  • A growth mindset, positive attitude, and demonstrated hunger for continuous learning

  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and consensus without clear authority

  • A track record of excellence 

  • Diplomatic savvy to build positive and productive partnerships inside and out

  • A strong work ethic and strong core values (honesty, integrity, creativity)

  • Passion for technology and cool products

  • Low ego. Good person.
