Role Overview

As the Senior Manager, Regional Sales – India, you will be responsible for leading and expanding Menlo Security’s business in the Indian market. You will drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and enhance brand presence while ensuring operational excellence. This is a leadership role requiring strong sales acumen, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Strategy

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for India, aligning with Menlo Security’s global vision.

  • Drive revenue growth through direct enterprise sales and channel partnerships.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop key customer relationships in BFSI, IT, Government, and other critical sectors.

Partnership & Channel Management

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key channel partners, resellers, and managed security service providers (MSSPs).

  • Develop and execute channel enablement programs to drive partner success.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement localized campaigns to drive brand awareness.

Customer Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Act as the face of Menlo Security in India, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.

  • Engage with C-level executives, CISOs, and IT leaders to position Menlo’s cybersecurity solutions effectively.

  • Provide insights on cybersecurity trends, regulatory requirements, and market needs to shape product offerings.

Operational & People Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing India team, including sales, marketing, and technical support functions.

  • Oversee business operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

  • Develop a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer success.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 7 Years of Sales & Sales Management Experience

  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a leadership role. 

  • Strong Leadership and Management Skills

  • Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.

  • Proven track record in scaling business operations and achieving revenue targets in India. Strong understanding of the local market, industry trends, and competitor activity.

  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills*: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop creative solutions.

  • Experience working with large enterprises, government agencies, and regulated industries.

  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including CISOs, IT leaders, and channel partners.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
