Our team is passionate about building valuable partnerships that create joint wins for HubSpot, partners, prospects, and shared customers. To continue to drive the growth of our ecosystem, we’re looking for a Senior Manager of Partner Operations to uplevel our processes, KPIs, reporting, and systems usage.

As a Senior Manager of Partner Operations, your responsibilities will include analyzing internal processes for increased efficiency, building the right framework around assessing the business impact of partnerships, and conducting data analysis to both report on outcomes and to drive a better allocation of resources.

As the team’s leader on partner operations and analytics, you will have an exciting opportunity to drive transformative growth and shape the go-to-market strategy of HubSpot’s ecosystem.

You will work closely with other teams in operations, analytics, marketing, product, customer services, and sales. We are looking for people who have a partner operations background and a deep understanding of technology partnerships that can champion the right processes, reporting, and KPIs across the organization.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Manage one analyst/ops employee to help facilitate objectives

  • Be an advocate and strategic voice for the value of reporting, efficiency, and data

  • Play a key role in scaling the partner ecosystem and partner go-to-market strategy

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly data-driven with the ability to communicate the meaning of that data to different audiences, including executives

  • Comfortable with strategic planning, technical execution, and leadership

  • Skilled in designing processes across systems, teams, and external stakeholders

  • Experienced in managing partner operations for a SaaS company

  • Capable of engaging in change management to implement their operations vision

  • Proficient in data modeling and analysis

  • Excited to work cross functionally in a largely remote environment
