  • Champion culture and guide career development for your team.

  • Own all people processes: hiring, onboarding, development, and performance.

  • Technical Strategy

  • Define and drive the technical direction of software projects, aligning with the organization's tech vision

  • Set and maintain high standards for technical excellence, code quality, and architectural integrity

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design elegant and scalable solutions to complex problems

  • Balance technical feasibility with business objectives, scalability, and user needs

  • Manage technical debt, compliance, security, and align solutions with operational needs

  • Software Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end software development life cycle, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements

  • Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to meet project goals

  • Implement agile practices, facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

  • Mitigate risks, address technical debt, and ensure software security and performance.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing software development teams.

  • Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and design.

  • Expertise in multiple programming languages, technologies, and frameworks.

  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including agile practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Experience with project management tools and practices.

  • Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking and business acumen.

  • Knowledge of security practices, software scalability, and performance optimization.
