Senior Manager of Commercial Sales
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven person to lead our APAC Commercial Sales function. This person will lead a team of Account Managers focused on acquiring new customers, driving expansion opportunities, and ensuring successful renewals with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams that sell across global markets, achieving revenue targets, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and sales excellence.

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales quotas while fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow revenue within the commercial segment globally by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
Pipeline Management: Ensure the team maintains a healthy pipeline of opportunities through effective prospecting, qualification, and deal management.
Expansion: Work with your team to help them identify opportunities for expanding HackerRank solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic goals.
Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, analyze performance metrics, and report progress to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Training & Development: Provide the sales team with ongoing coaching, training, and professional development to enhance their skills and career growth.
Process Optimization: Build scalable and repeatable processes to ensure operational efficiency and consistent sales outcomes.
Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and customer needs to continuously refine sales strategies.
What you bring:
5+ years of experience in direct B2B sales.
Experience selling into AMER, EMEA, and APAC markets.
3+ years experience leading a sales team, driving a team quota (preferably in SaaS or technology).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement technologies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
