We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Salesforce CRM platforms in EMEA, including an French instance and another instance serving the UK and the rest of EMEA. This role will be instrumental in driving our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Manage our Salesforce CRM instances, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
Work closely with our business teams to understand their needs and requirements and ensure that the system is optimized to meet those needs.
Design and implement solutions using Salesforce configuration and development tools.
Manage integrations with other systems and applications, such as accounting systems, Marketing automation tools, and Data analytics platforms.
Work with BI team to create and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide insights to business.
Provide training and support to end-users to drive adoption and ensure that the system is being used effectively.
Carry out strategic projects that drive significant business value.
Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and functionality and make recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.
Background:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in managing Salesforce CRM systems, including experience with integration tools and Force.com.
Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required; Salesforce Developer certification preferred.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and best practices
Experience with data analytics and reporting tools. Power BI experience is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluency with both English and French languages
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
