  • Beginning with one direct report, grow the demand generation team based on business direction and develop the capabilities and experiences of the team

  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics, including MQL, SQL, cost per lead, etc.

  • Work in alignment with product marketing, content and operations to customize and optimize programs and manage the feedback loop to improve program effectiveness

  • Ability to measure, analyze, understand and present data on program effectiveness

  • Demonstrated positive working relationships with multiple internal teams, management and colleagues

  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker who finds new ways to generate interest and excitement among target prospects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort in a rapidly scaling organization where flexibility and initiative are valued

Salary

In the US, the total compensation for this role is between $125,000 and $146,000+, depending on skills and experience. Total compensation for this role consists of base salary and a quarterly bonus plan. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
