We are looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to join our marketing team. Along with one direct report initially, you will develop marketing strategies and campaigns that drive sales revenue and guide buyers through the customer journey. You will have ownership of campaign success, from conception, to execution to pipeline impact, and will work creatively to find the channels that generate the highest return. You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have experience and interest in working collaboratively with various teams and leaders, use data to inform decisions and can manage multiple priorities in a rapidly scaling organization.
What you’ll do:
Meet or exceed demand generation goals by creating campaigns according to the persona, company size and journey stage of our buyers
Leverage multiple channels and program tactics, including, but not limited to, paid media, advertising, webinars, events, ABM tactics and email
Beginning with one direct report, grow the demand generation team based on business direction and develop the capabilities and experiences of the team
Track, measure, and report campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics, including MQL, SQL, cost per lead, etc.
Work in alignment with product marketing, content and operations to customize and optimize programs and manage the feedback loop to improve program effectiveness
Collaborate with sales including leadership, AEs and SDRs to ensure close alignment and understand lead quality
Use marketing automation (Marketo), salesforce automation (Salesforce.com), and various demand generation tools to build, monitor and measure program effectiveness
Coordinate with external vendors where necessary to reach our target personas, including media buyers, publications, and webinar/event producers
Stay current on industry marketing opportunities and tools in order to recommend and execute new programs
How success will be measured in this role:
Reaching goals set along the customer lifecycle including MQL, opportunities, pipeline and revenue
Responsible budget management and cost monitoring, resulting in an agreed upon ROI, cost per lead and cost per opportunity metrics

6+ years of experience, ideally in high-growth enterprise technology
2+ years of people management experience
Experience creating and optimizing demand generation programs across a variety of channels
Talent for data driven decision-making
Comfort in using business tools including Salesforce and Marketo
Ability to measure, analyze, understand and present data on program effectiveness
Demonstrated positive working relationships with multiple internal teams, management and colleagues
Creative, outside-the-box thinker who finds new ways to generate interest and excitement among target prospects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort in a rapidly scaling organization where flexibility and initiative are valued

Salary
In the US, the total compensation for this role is between $125,000 and $146,000+, depending on skills and experience. Total compensation for this role consists of base salary and a quarterly bonus plan. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
