Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with prior experience in clinical care with an interest in developing clinical quality programs, providing insights and supporting our day to day clinical operations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the educational needs of Primary Care Providers; ability to identify high impact solutions to barriers to care;  experience interfacing with providers effectively and a strong understanding of clinical practice.  They support our Clinical Programs Lead in crafting our engagement strategy and providing critical insights to our operations teams. This is an exciting opportunity to have an impactful role in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.

This role requires access to Personal Health Information (PHI).  The incumbent will be required to participate in annual HIPAA training.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of product improvement and new products  from discovery of workflows, clinical documentation to process improvement and scale as identified. 

  • Lead clinical discovery for client organizations to optimize utilization and revenue potential based on appropriate clinical products and workflows

  • Provide clinical insight into the  clinical escalation process including  peer review, initiation of second opinions, re-routing to a more appropriate speciality. 

  • Provide quality analysis of clinical operations using Excel, PowerPoint presentations to best describe trends in quality and anticipated challenges.

  • Maintain up-to-date and enhance clinical content library that incorporates the needs from Account Management, Sales and Marketing team and clinical quality. 

  • Maintain clinical quality review database with appropriate tagging nomenclature

  • Creatively and thoughtfully package clinical content into digestible products for providers in various clinic settings to improve PCP engagement using a data driven approach

  • Interface with specialist panel to optimize platform operations and specialist experience on the platform

  • Utilize clinical judgment to optimize PCP utilization of platform as needed for new products

Skills and Attributes:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a healthcare provider (NP/PA), familiar with clinic workflow and disease management

  • Cross-functional collaboration experience

  • Proficient in quality improvement initiatives within clinics or health systems

  • Skilled in executing evidence-based practice and identifying knowledge gaps

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Excellent presentation, speaking, and writing skills

  • Experienced in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

  • Process-oriented mindset to achieve objectives

  • Enthusiastic about embracing challenges and opportunities for creating provider engagement and high-quality clinical products within a startup environment

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is $120-125K and we anticipate that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range. Compensation for the successful candidate will be determined by the candidate’s unique combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. This role is also eligible for employee benefits and other compensation.
