At Dropbox, we pride ourselves on being a Virtual First company that gives people the freedom to work where they’re most effective, while also fostering strong connections and collaboration. Joining our team means shaping not only our people strategy but also the future of how work gets done.

  • Ensure policies, benefits, payroll, legal, and finance processes are aligned with Dropbox standards driving a best in class employee experience

  • Partner with recruiting to design hiring plans and with L&OD to deliver onboarding that integrates Dropbox’s global framework with a strong local touch

  • Lead and execute the People Rhythm in line with our values, ensuring we scale consistently and effectively across teams

  • Guide fair and principled resolution of ER matters, workplace investigations, and accommodations in partnership with ER and legal

  • Deliver consistent thought leadership and employee advocacy on people programs and processes; support client groups throughout the employee lifecycle (attraction, retention, development)

Requirements

  • 8+ years in HR, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role directly supporting managers and employees in a virtual first environment.

  • Demonstrated experience working within the Polish market, particularly navigating employment law, talent planning and employee relations in a local context.

  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders (e.g., Site Lead) to shape culture, drive organizational health, and support manager enablement.

  • Strong judgment in handling sensitive ER matters, workplace investigations, and accommodations, balancing employee experience with business priorities.

  • Demonstrated experience ensuring foundational HR processes (policies, benefits, payroll, compliance) are in place and aligned with company standards.

  • Experience partnering with global COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&OD, Benefits, Legal, Finance) to deliver consistent programs adapted for local needs.

  • Ability to proactively analyze people data (attrition, performance, engagement) and provide actionable insights to influence leadership.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages and influence leaders, ICs, and cross-functional partners.

  • Comfort working in a virtual-first environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and novel situations.

  • Comfort leveraging new tools (e.g., AI) and applying design thinking/product management principles to HR initiatives is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust, and willingness to travel for offsites and team events.
