Senior GTM Recruiter
We’re searching for a driven, fearless, and strategic senior recruiter to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team and own hiring across our Go-To-Market teams—from Field Sales to Customer Success, Inside Sales to Revenue Ops—with a special focus on Germany and wider EMEA.

Your Impact
Source. Hunt. Close. Repeat. You’ll manage 15–18 roles across varying seniority and functions, laser-focused on hiring A-players in the SaaS sales space.
Strategic Partnering: Work hand-in-hand with senior leadership across Sales, CS, and GTM, becoming their go-to advisor on hiring strategy.
Pipeline Powerhouse: Design and execute scalable, diverse sourcing campaigns across Germany and beyond—leveraging talent maps, market insights, and your deep network.
Candidate Experience Champion: Own the end-to-end process, delivering a candidate journey that’s as premium as our product.
Data-Driven Decisions: Track, measure, and optimise performance using Greenhouse and other ATS/reporting tools. No guesswork here.
Brand Builder: Boost our employer brand through events, partnerships, and high-impact digital campaigns—especially in the DACH region.
Your Experience
Proven GTM Recruiting Experience: Especially across Sales, CS, Inside Sales, and Solutions roles, ideally in high-growth SaaS or tech scale-ups.
SaaS Market Mapping Mastery: You know how to find top talent—even the ones not on LinkedIn.
Strong EMEA Expertise: With a strong grasp of Germany's hiring market (France, Nordics, UK a bonus).
Stakeholder Jedi Skills: You're a natural business partner—credible, consultative, and highly influential.
Operational Excellence: Familiar with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms, comfortable managing data and metrics with ease. Motivated by process improvement, advising on best practices.
English fluency required; German highly desirable.
