About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable business growth. This is a high-impact role for a data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics. You’ll work across the entire funnel—from driving awareness and demand to optimizing conversion and retention.
What You’ll Do
Own Growth Strategy – Develop and execute a holistic growth plan spanning paid, organic, and partnership channels to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
Leverage Marketing Automation – Use HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead and similar platforms to build cold outreach and nurture flows that move prospects through the funnel.
Manage Paid Acquisition – Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels; continuously optimize for CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.
Run Conversion Experiments – Partner with engineering to design and test landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture flows to maximize conversion rates.
Analyze & Optimize – Track KPIs, generate insights, and iterate quickly to improve performance.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with product marketing, field marketing, and sales to align campaigns with business priorities.
What You Bring
Experience – 4–6 years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
Skills – Proficiency in paid media platforms, SEO best practices, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, HubSpot).
Mindset – Data-driven decision maker with a bias for action, a test-and-learn mentality, and strong creative instincts.
Results – Proven track record of driving measurable growth and improving conversion metrics across the funnel.
