Senior Full Stack Web Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic and small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and deployment of web applications, with a strong focus on both backend and frontend technologies. This role requires an individual who is capable of managing and prioritizing their own work, gathering requirements, and taking initiative in a collaborative environment to build and maintain both internal and customer-facing tools.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Django and Python.
Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS/LESS, and HTMX.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Manage and prioritize work independently, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer.
In-depth knowledge of Django and Python.
Proficiency in relational databases, with a preference for MariaDB.
Expertise in frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS/LESS, and HTMX.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
Experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of other backend frameworks or frontend libraries/frameworks.
Location
Remote - Bulgaria, Croatia or Serbia
