 Restaurant365 is seeking a Senior Manager (GTM), to join our dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis team. This isn’t your typical finance role – you’ll be at the intersection of Go-To-Market Strategy, Financial Planning, and Strategic Finance, directly impacting revenue growth and business acceleration, while helping to build a world-class finance organization

 

As our GTM Finance leader, you’ll be the strategic financial partner to our Sales and Marketing teams. You’ll work directly with C-suite and senior executives translating complex data into actionable insights that influence million-dollar decisions. How you'll add value:

  • Strategic Leadership

o   Partner directly with executive Finance & GTM leadership to optimize sales productivity, marketing ROI, and channel performance

o   Lead a high-performing team to uplevel our month-end close processes and executive reporting cadences

o   Drive the annual planning process for all GTM functions, becoming the financial architect of our growth and acceleration strategies

  • Revenue Impact

o   Become the go-to expert on GTM KPIs, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and revenue performance metrics

o   Uncover growth opportunities through deep-dive analyses of sales funnel performance, marketing attribution, and pricing strategies

o   Support product strategy & pricing strategies through sophisticated financial modeling and competitive analysis

  • Operational Excellence

o   Deliver mission-critical reporting with precision and speed – variance analyses, forecasting models, and strategic assessments

o   Build and optimize financial models that support GTM decision-making and resource allocation

o   Create executive reporting and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key business metrics and performance trends, including Board reporting

o   Solve complex business challenges and questions through ad hoc analyses 

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • 5-8+ years of progressive finance experience with exposure to SaaS/software business models and experience managing a high-performing team

  • Proven track record working with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, etc.) to drive strategic and collaborative outcomes

  • An ability to see beyond the numbers to understand business drivers and growth levers

  • Strong expertise in building robust planning and forecasting models that drive business decisions

  • Exemplary communication skills (verbal and written) that enable you to translate complex financial concepts into clear and compelling business stories

  • An innate desire to always look for ways to improve processes and increase team efficiency

  • Bonus, but not required: proficiency with our business tools (Salesforce, Intacct, Adaptive, Domo, Gong, etc.) and experience incorporating AI into finance workflows

R365 Team Member Benefits & Perks

  • This position has a salary range of $170,000-$215,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
