About Truv

Truv is transforming the financial data industry with a secure and real-time API platform for payroll account access. Our technology streamlines income and employment verification, direct deposit switching, and more—eliminating outdated processes and unlocking greater financial opportunities. Backed by $30M from top investors like Kleiner Perkins and NYCA, we’re disrupting a $2B legacy market with cutting-edge innovation and a customer-first approach. Our leadership team brings expertise from industry giants like Apple, Carta, Venmo, MX, and Okta, driving the future of financial data access.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to own and scale our event-driven marketing efforts. You’ll be the driving force behind initiatives that grow brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and deepen customer engagement across webinars, podcasts, industry conferences, and onsite events.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Event Strategy & Execution – Design and deliver integrated event strategies aligned with marketing and sales goals, from concept to post-event follow-up.

  • Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with sales, product marketing, and content teams to create unified messaging and maximize event ROI.

  • Create Compelling Content – Oversee development of presentations, promotional assets, and follow-up campaigns that resonate with our audience.

  • Manage Vendors & Partners – Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, event organizers, and partners to ensure seamless execution.

  • Own the Budget – Plan and manage event budgets, optimizing spend for maximum impact.

  • Analyze & Optimize – Measure performance, track KPIs, and deliver insights to continuously improve our event strategy.

What You Bring

  • Experience – 5+ years in field marketing or event management, with a proven track record of driving successful, revenue-impacting events.

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Skills – Strong project management, excellent communication, and proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot).

  • Mindset – Creative and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can juggle multiple projects with ease.

Why Join Truv

  • Innovative Environment – Be part of a company redefining financial technology.

  • High Impact – Play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and growth.

  • Collaborative Culture – Work with passionate, driven professionals who value excellence.

  • Competitive Package – Base salary, performance bonuses, and equity options.
