About This Role

Reporting to the NAE Field Marketing Leader, this position is a crucial role responsible for driving significant pipeline and revenue growth through two critical pillars: NAE Corporate Events and dedicated Regional Field Marketing for the North America West sales territory.

This is a broad position that combines high-level planning with hands-on project management. You will act as a strategic partner to the sales teams, leveraging the full breadth of Marketing resources to generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities. Your primary intent is to expand current customers and position the business for growth by entering new logos and market segments in a high-growth, agile technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage end-to-end marketing plans for major security conferences in North America and EMEA (e.g., RSA Conference, Black Hat, GISEC, InfoSecurity Europe, Gartner(s)). This includes pre-show promotion, on-site activation, and post-show follow-up.

  • VIP Event Management: Plan and execute exclusive Customer and Partner Advisory Board events, managing all logistics and ensuring measurable strategic outcomes.

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to define event objectives, messaging, content, and VIP 1:1 meeting logistics to ensure a strong ROI.

  • Logistics & Vendor Management: Oversee all event logistics, including contract negotiation, booth design, vendor coordination, collateral development, and promotional activities.

NA West Field Marketing (Approx. 50% Focus)

  • Regional GTM Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing plan and go-to-market strategy tailored to the specific needs and sales objectives of the North America West region.

  • Pipeline Generation Programs: Lead the development and execution of tailored regional programs, including webinars, events, and targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to meet regional pipeline goals.

  • Sales Partnership: Work as a strategic partner to the North America West sales team to understand their priorities, providing agile marketing initiatives that directly support their quota attainment.

  • Integrated Campaigns: Partner across the organisation with sales, product marketing, corporate marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure integrated campaigns and consistent, high-impact messaging.

Performance & Measurement

  • Success Metrics: Measure success by reporting on leads generated, contribution to sales pipeline, and revenue growth attributed to both the corporate events and regional marketing programs.

  • Budget Ownership: Responsible for comprehensive budget management and marketing planning for all assigned programs.

  • Content Development: Develop compelling marketing content (e.g., emails, landing pages, social media posts, presentations) to support all conference and regional programs.

Skills and Requirements

  • Experience: At least 5+ years of successful experience in field marketing and/or demand generation campaigns, with a strong focus on large-scale conferences.

  • Environment: Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, startup environment is highly preferred.

  • Acumen: Comfortable interacting with sales leadership and C-level executives.

  • Execution: Excellent in writing compelling copy and content for demand generation materials such as emails, social posts, and landing pages.

  • Marketing Technology: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Marketo and Zoom preferred.

  • Capability: Ability to work effectively at both a tactical execution level and a strategic planning level.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to support corporate events and regional programs, and the ability to work independently and autonomously.

  • Education: BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related area.

Preference: Experience in the cybersecurity industry is preferred but not required. Basic design skills using tools such as Illustrator or Photoshop are a plus.
