Senior Executive Assistant

We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to join HubSpot's Product Pillar to support our Chief Product & Technology Officer. This Senior EA should be passionate about providing exceptional support, acting as a valued member of the CPTOs support team and intentionally representing their office with enthusiasm.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Manage their daily calendar and global travel needs, handling all incoming/outgoing meeting requests.
Coordinating a high volume of meetings with senior external stakeholders.
Manage sensitive information with discretion and provide support for high-priority projects and strategic initiatives.
Provide proactive support, seeing around corners, predicting upcoming roadblocks and helping your executive navigate seamlessly through.
Support in the preparation of All Team meetings and team offsites - this may include ownership of the agenda, managing logistics and pulling content together.
Process expense reports, open purchase orders, coordinate payments, and manage relationships with external vendors.
Collaborate with a team of HubSpot Executive Assistants, acting as a mentor for more junior team members and supporting cross-team backup support / broader company initiatives.

Proven track record of success providing administrative support in a high-performing, fast-paced, global environment.
Experience supporting senior leadership and managing multiple stakeholders.
High level of professionalism, acting as a representative of their executives and HubSpot in all internal and external interactions.
Remarkable drive, bias for action, and enthusiasm for exceptional customer service, no matter how large or small the request.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders, across multiple channels of communication.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills; capable of interaction with employees at all levels of HubSpot, including executives, as well as guests and external contacts.
The capacity to thrive with ambiguity while prioritizing tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests.
Ability to take a proactive approach to tasks and be comfortable working with minimal instruction and guidance; impeccable attention to detail.
Flexible and able to handle ad hoc issues that may arise outside of core business hours.
Availability to travel, approximately 20% of the time to support executive onsite needs.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
