Senior Director - Product & Services Enablement Learning
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP of Product Innovation, Design, and Learning
Experience working at a large software product company enable customers to learn how to use our product
Created, published, and maintained Customer Partner training content
Instructional Design, Curriculum Design, and External Customer or Partner Training programs (Hybrid Model – Online Learning with Instructor-led Virtual Training)
Operations – they sprint planning, execution of delivery of content
Best practice adult learning, micro-learning development, and adult retention
Strong cross-team collaboration, especially with other department leaders from Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support
Co-create learning objectives with other internal and external teams
Experience collaborating with Product Management or Product Marketing on release training. Enable customers to take training prior to major product releases and develop material in conjunction with the Product Development Lifecycle
Global team management including India
Launched a Customer or Partner training program externally for people to get certified
Nice-To-Have – Work with Global teams, especially related to Offshore Product Management, Offshore Storyline Development

Skills and Experience
Must have 10 plus years experience building customer facing learning programs that are engaging and highly adopted within a SaaS large scale company
Built a learning platform to enable partners network growth and acceleration
Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results
Strong cross-team collaboration skills with senior leaders across multiple functions
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to think strategically and tackle open-ended problems
Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player
Driven by working within a fast-paced environment with a diverse workforce
Passion and hunger to win, succeed and strive for excellence

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance.
