Senior Director of GTM Field Enablement
Our GTM Enablement team supports 3,000+ sales and customer success professionals driving revenue and growth at one of the fastest-growing publicly traded companies in the SaaS industry. We pride ourselves on being a reliable, real-time, and consistent resource for our Sales and CS Teams by empowering them to perform their jobs at the highest level. Our programs expand GTM team member skill sets, ensure valuable customer experiences, and help HubSpot grow better at scale.
We’re seeking a Senior Director of GTM Field Enablement to lead our global segment enablement strategies and valuable business stakeholder relationships. You will play a pivotal role in equipping our sales and customer teams with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to effectively engage customers and drive business growth. This strategic position requires a deep understanding of GTM processes, excellent leadership skills, and a collaborative approach to ensure alignment across a wide scope of departments.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of global enablement partners to develop segment and regional enablement strategies for accelerated GTM performance
Develop a team that excels at implementing critical enablement global programs at the local level. Programs include methodology, product expertise & use cases, and ramp training.
Empower a team working in an ambiguous environment with clear priorities, ongoing development, strong GTM connections, and roadblock navigation
Drive results in the GTM business for employee skill adoption, ramp times, and pipeline outcomes
Own our global operating system with the business that aligns and steers with global GTM leaders on a portfolio of ongoing enablement priorities
Serve as a trusted advisor for the GTM and Enablement teams on cutting edge selling/servicing motions, skills, and systems and how to successfully drive their adoption in the field
Ensure Enablement Partner accountability for creating feedback loops, ongoing analysis, and consistent stakeholder engagement
Experience:
Proven leadership experience in Enablement, GTM, or related roles, preferably in a global organization
Previous selling or servicing experience experience preferred
Strong understanding of GTM rep needs, learning strategies, and effective executive level stakeholder management
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and improving GTM team outcomes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
