Senior Director - Enterprise Sales

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Enterprise Sales to lead our Enterprise team. In this role, you’ll manage 6+ sellers focused on our largest accounts, and report into our VP, Sales. You’ll coach and develop your team, set a high bar for performance, and ensure Dscout continues to expand its footprint with the world’s most innovative companies.

What you’ll do
Lead and Develop the team
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 6–8 Enterprise sellers.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Model Dscout’s values in your leadership - fostering curiosity, empathy, and trust both with your team and with our customers.
- Set clear goals, establish repeatable processes, and provide ongoing coaching.
Drive Enterprise Growth
- Oversee strategic account planning for our largest customers.
- Support sellers in building C-level relationships and guiding complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Ensure consistent achievement of quota and pipeline health across the team, overseeing a book of business of roughly $15M.
- Guide the seller and act as a value add navigating expansion opportunities with our largest customers and develop inroads with prospects to bring on new logos.
Expand Impact
- Partner with other sales leaders, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product Marketing leadership to align go-to-market strategies.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and cross-sell within key accounts.
- Bring market insights back to product and leadership teams to influence roadmap and positioning.
Build for Scale
- Refine sales methodology, tools, and reporting for the Enterprise segment.
- Forecast accurately and own sales performance metrics.
- Establish best practices that enable sellers to shorten cycles and close bigger deals.
What you bring
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 5 years managing a team.
- Proven success building and leading high-performing teams selling into Fortune 1000 or global accounts.
- Expertise in running complex sales cycles with senior executives and multiple stakeholders.
- A track record of both new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills - you elevate those around you.
- Executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
- An entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset.
