The Senior Customer Success and Support (CS&S) Data Programs Analyst is a critical connector between theCustomer Success organization and Data/Analytics, translating business priorities into actionable data solutions. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer Strategy and Operations, this role leverages analytics to evaluate processes, define requirements, and deliver high-impact recommendations and data-driven insights. 

Through close collaboration with business leaders and technical teams, this analyst identifies opportunities to enhance processes, products, and services through data, driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and increasing operational efficiency. This role leads high-priority CS&S analytics programs, designs scalable analytics systems, and fosters cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic data programs are successfully executed.  

How you'll add value:

  • Lead CS&S data initiatives: Lead and manage high-priority analytics and process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business needs. 

  • Drive analytics project delivery: Oversee timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful execution. 

  • Deliver trusted data insights: Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems to build a reliable foundation for reporting and decision-making. 

  • Enable self-service analytics: Build dashboards, reporting tools, and frameworks that reduce ad-hoc reporting needs and accelerate decision-making across CS&S teams. 

  • Ensure governance and data quality: Partner with data teams to define and maintain standards for data access, modeling, and governance. 

  • Identify trends and opportunities: Analyze datasets to uncover patterns, assess performance, and recommend strategic actions to improve customer outcomes. 

  • Develop data frameworks and tools: Design and implement scalable systems that support CS&S teams in delivering high-value insights. 

  • Bridge business and data teams: Serve as the conduit between CS&S and technical stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, actionable solutions that deliver measurable impact. 

  • Support strategic planning: Provide data-driven analysis and insights for annual planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling. 

  • Improve data accessibility: Implement solutions to ensure stakeholders have timely and structured access to insights. 

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, finance or a related field. 

  • 5+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or operations within a SaaS or technology-driven environment. 

  • 2+ years of experience working in a GTM or Financial data operations function 

  • Proficiency with BI tools (Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) and strong SQL skills for querying and preparing datasets. 

  • Strong data visualization skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for varied audiences. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence across all levels and bridge technical and non-technical teams. 

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. 

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation

  • This position has a salary range of $96,400-$144,600. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
