Provides administrative support to the Customer Growth group ensuring fast and efficient response and resolution of common customer requests. Responsible for triage of inbound customer requests to the most appropriate team, responds directly to customer needs in set instances, and actions on frequent clerical tasks. Responsible for adhering to company security policies and procedures and any other relevant policies and standards as directed.

Records Management: Utilizes current tools and databases to organize, track and store information and devises plans for creation of new tools as needed. Ensures that all office records are accurately entered in the records in accordance with policies and procedures.
Time Management: Considers team members’ time commitments in creating schedules and project plans, carefully structuring the amount of time devoted to each task. Follows up and keeps others (i.e., senior leaders and team members) informed of progress on tasks and project responsibilities. Defines the objectives and resources required to successfully complete a project and manages the team to complete work within established timeframes.

Triages tickets and routes them to appropriate teams.
Manages mass ticket notifications, following up as necessary.
Processes requests for renew and prepay agreements.
Handles basic contract administration.
Responds to tickets regarding basic billing questions.
Manages custom billing, and associated reporting.
Supports Transition managers through coordination of small customer builds.
Knowledge

Understands how related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectives.

• The anticipated starting pay range for the states of Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: 74,400 – 109,120

• Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments.
