Are you a high-output campaign strategist who obsesses over performance metrics, embraces AI, and thrives in high-velocity environments? Do you have experience marketing in a complex regulatory environment? COMPLY is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns that fuel awareness, accelerate pipeline, and convert leads to revenue.

This role is perfect for someone who loves testing, iterating, and scaling campaign programs. Bring your curiosity about what works, what doesn’t, and running experiments for continuous refinement. You'll partner with content, sales, and digital teams to deliver campaigns that are smart, segmented, signal-based—and always performance-driven.
What You’ll Do:
Own and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, social, behavior-triggered nurtures, and more) that deliver pipeline across personas and segments.
Partner with content, sales, and customer success to develop campaign narratives that speak to compliance pain points and industry shifts.
Use Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, and Goldcast to build, track, and measure campaigns with precision.
Translate product marketing messaging into high performing campaign content and CTAs
Execute scalable, high-performing webinars end-to-end, from promo to follow-up workflows.
Analyze results, extract insights, and take decisive action to improve conversion and funnel velocity.
Develop testing plans (A/B, multivariate) to boost performance across email and paid media.
Leverage social channels to amplify campaigns and thought leadership.
Ensure every campaign asset is on-brand, on-message, and results oriented.
Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance targeting, ideation, and real-time optimization.
Align closely with digital marketing to integrate PPC, paid social, and displayinto broader campaign strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
3–7+ years of B2B marketing experience within a complex regulatory environment, with minimum 3 years owning integrated campaigns from strategy through reporting.
Proven success in delivering campaigns that drive and ocnvert high revenue pipeline—not just leads.
Deep proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Goldcast, and campaign analytics.
Strong analytical mindset—fluent in KPIs, conversion rates, funnel math, and pipeline modeling.
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to build custom GPTs, ideate, optimize, or personalize marketing workflows.
Curiosity-driven, self-starter with strong judgment, creative chops, and sharp execution.
Bonus: Familiarity with 6sense, Qualified or other intent-based platforms.
Bonus: Canva or lightweight design skills.

$95,000 - $105,000 a year
The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $95,000- $105,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
