Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
This position leads the build out of the IT infrastructure at branches and corporate offices and acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for the businesses within the Bank. Performs at the highest level of service complexity to deliver all components of the IT infrastructure, working closely with IT Engineers, Corporate Real Estate, ITPMO office and vendors. Develops advanced solutions and specifications to resolve site IT infrastructure build issues. Serves as a resource to wider business units or associates and may provide a leadership role for less experienced analysts.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning - Provides advanced level technical project plans, effectively communicates, and coordinates all technical resources and vendors to deliver the site IT infrastructure. May handle special projects or direct the analytics efforts of the work group.
- Identifying Requirements - Understands all aspects of a site IT infrastructure build including network installation, wireless, AV, desktop, printers, low voltage cabling, circuit orders and IDF room builds. Determines build and project requirements and communicates them through the use of standards specifications, reports, project plans, and other forms of documentation. Determines and resolves complex factors that affect the project. Ensures regulatory and compliance requirements are implemented within the IT infrastructure. Strategically partners with Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities, IT Network Engineering, IT Systems Engineering, AV, and End User Services teams.
- Reporting - Reports project status to senior CRE and IT management. Conveys problems, and areas of improvement, and develops process enhancements.
- Support - Provides expert support for site infrastructure by responding to, issues, ensuring branch openings and closings run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the employees and customer experience at the bank's branches and corporate offices. Handles escalated and complex support issues. Develops and implements modifications and enhancements. Serves as site IT resource to wider organization or business units, offering expertise on IT infrastructure builds.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support
Preferred skills/experience:
- Support Technical IT project manager for expansion and construction of new corporate offices and customer branches.
- Coordinate with IT, business executives, and CRE (Corporate Real Estate) for IT infrastructure and IT space planning.
- Assess and scope for the integration of IT components for new and existing corporate offices and branches.
- Develop IT budget for assigned projects.
- Manage vendor installation of low voltage data cabling and IDF room buildout throughout the workspace.
- Manage standard infrastructure installation to include WAN circuits, LAN, Wireless, and IDF closet buildout.

If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $110,935 and $170,100. If hired in Texas, Georgia or Florida, the base pay for this position is generally between $122,022 and $187,100. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
