This position is needed to support the order management and billing function. In this role, you’ll work closely with Deal Operations, Revenue Accounting, and Sales to see orders through to invoicing.

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Support an International team of Order Management and Billing Specialists to ensure timely and accurate order processing and invoice generation
Respond to and provide resolutions for internal and external escalations and customer inquiries
Review validation of customer contracts across multiple systems to ensure accuracy of financial data in each system and to ensure accurate and timely provisioning of contracts prepared by analysts
Execute and own SOX compliant month end reconciliations over billing and provisioning, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Gather and format large raw data sets to assist with customer billing reporting and queries.
Participate in month end close, including: Managing and tracking recurring billing and required approvals and tracking and application of customer credits.
Reviewing and approving credits within a specific threshold
Responsible for creating monthly bill runs
Participate in new process implementations, operational improvements, system enhancements, and training new team members, contributing from a subject matter expertise perspective

*Required:
5+ years experience in a Billing Operations role
Experience with ERP systems like Zuora and/or Salesforce is preferred
Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and prioritize various deliverables
Ability to prioritize and multitask throughout high volume order processing
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently
Collaborative working style and experience working cross-functionally
Ability to participate in flexible timezone meetings periodically
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Desired:
Post secondary education in Finance, Accounting or Business
Experience working in the SaaS/technology industry
Experience working with an international team
Knowledge of and experience with SOX controls
Location
This role will be remote, and based in Mexico City.
Travel
