Senior Associate - People Operations
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Associate, People Operations to manage HR operations, support global projects, and ensure an excellent employee experience. You’ll oversee the full employee lifecycle, maintain HR systems, and collaborate across regions to improve processes and engagement programs.
What You’ll Do
Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding (orientation, system setup, welcome communications) and manage smooth offboarding processes (exit interviews, HRIS updates, handoffs to other teams).
HR Data & Systems: Manage HRIS (HiBob, Lattice, ADP) updates, create reports in Excel, and assist with data analysis for operational improvements.
Policy & Compliance: Administer compliance training (Ethena) and support updates to global and regional HR policies.
Engagement Activities: Help design and execute employee engagement programs and global culture initiatives, from wellness month to recognition awards.
Global Project Work: Participate in projects in Culture & Communications, Tools & Process Improvement, and Performance & Development, with opportunities to grow into a project owner role.
Process Improvement: Apply project management methodologies to track tasks, monitor timelines, and improve workflows.
This role is a great opportunity to build skills in HR systems, project coordination, and stakeholder support while working closely with a collaborative HR team

What We’re Looking For
Experience in HR operations or lifecycle management (tech/IT experience preferred but not required).
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS; growing familiarity with data analysis tools.
Ability to independently manage HRIS updates, create reports in Excel, and track work using project management tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working across global teams.
Event coordination or program support experience a plus.
