Senior Associate - People Operations
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Associate, People Operations to support the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — while enhancing HR operations and driving engagement initiatives. In this role, you’ll work closely with local and global teams to deliver seamless HR processes, foster a positive employee experience, and contribute to global People Operations projects.
What You’ll Do
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires (welcome packs, orientation, system access) and ensure smooth offboarding (exit surveys, system updates, coordination with Finance & IT).
HR Data & Systems: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (HiBob, Lattice, ADP) and other platforms; generate and analyze reports using Excel; assist in data analysis for process improvements.
Engagement & Events: Lead and coordinate engagement activities such as hackathons, wellness initiatives, charity events, and branded swag distribution — from budget planning to execution.
Policy & Compliance: Support policy updates and administer compliance training (Ethena), ensuring alignment with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Global Projects: Contribute to cross-functional projects in three areas — Culture & Communications, Tools & Process Improvement, and Performance & Development — with the potential to move from contributor to project owner.
Local Office Support: Provide ongoing HR assistance to the Lviv office, arrange agendas for visitors, and support in-office initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (upper-intermediate or higher).
Experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management (tech/IT sector experience is a plus; 6+ months ideal).
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS; growing familiarity with data analysis tools.
Able to independently manage HRIS updates, create Excel reports, and track tasks using project management tools.
Experience in event planning and coordination.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability and openness to change.
