About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Associate, People Operations to support the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — while enhancing HR operations and driving engagement initiatives. In this role, you’ll work closely with local and global teams to deliver seamless HR processes, foster a positive employee experience, and contribute to global People Operations projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires (welcome packs, orientation, system access) and ensure smooth offboarding (exit surveys, system updates, coordination with Finance & IT).

  • HR Data & Systems: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (HiBob, Lattice, ADP) and other platforms; generate and analyze reports using Excel; assist in data analysis for process improvements.

  • Engagement & Events: Lead and coordinate engagement activities such as hackathons, wellness initiatives, charity events, and branded swag distribution — from budget planning to execution.

  • Policy & Compliance: Support policy updates and administer compliance training (Ethena), ensuring alignment with applicable labor laws and regulations.

  • Global Projects: Contribute to cross-functional projects in three areas — Culture & Communications, Tools & Process Improvement, and Performance & Development — with the potential to move from contributor to project owner.

  • Local Office Support: Provide ongoing HR assistance to the Lviv office, arrange agendas for visitors, and support in-office initiatives.

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS; growing familiarity with data analysis tools.

  • Able to independently manage HRIS updates, create Excel reports, and track tasks using project management tools.

  • Experience in event planning and coordination.

  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability and openness to change.
