We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst Relations Manager to join the communications team at 1Password. You will be a vital team member responsible for developing and executing strategic programs that build strong relationships with industry analysts and help them understand the value and evolution of 1Password from a beloved consumer brand to a global leader in enterprise security. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging about 1Password, our products, and industry trends with the analyst community. Your primary goal will be to enhance our company's reputation, increase brand visibility, and drive positive analyst coverage.

This is a Remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

• 5-7+ years of professional experience supporting analyst relations programs or related roles within the technology/security industry.

• Strong understanding of the analyst relations landscape, major research firms, and industry influencers.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret industry analyst reports, trends, and data to drive actionable insights.

• Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, including senior executives, product managers, and marketing professionals.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Tenacity for execution and delivery.

What you can expect:

• Develop and execute an industry analyst relations strategy that aligns with 1Password's goals and objectives.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts and research firms to promote awareness and understanding of 1Password, our products, market positioning, and the new category we’re building.

• Act as a key owner of all content developed for industry analysts and briefings with them in collaboration with key stakeholders. 

• Key point of contact for analysts, facilitating briefings, inquiries, and other interactions to gather insights and provide information on our company's products and on industry trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, GTM, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and deliverables for analyst engagements.

• Prepare and distribute regular communications to industry analysts, such as press releases, product updates, and relevant industry news, to inform them about 1Password news and industry perspectives.

• Support analyst events, briefings, and conferences to showcase 1Password's products, thought leadership, and strategic initiatives.

• Monitor and analyze analyst reports and coverage, providing actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our industry landscape, competitive positioning, and market trends, and effectively communicate this information to internal teams.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry analyst relations best practices and trends, continuously improving our analyst relations program.

United States-based roles only: The Annual salary for this role is between $118,000USD and $160,000USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. All employees are owners of 1Password and receive an equity grant as part of their total package.
