Security Compliance Officer

As a Security Compliance Officer you shall be working in a team reporting to our Head of Security. You will be responsible to maintain and improve the overall compliance program within Bitrise.

Main responsibilities

• Maintain Bitrise's internal control environment and internal control audit framework based on SOC2, ISO27001 and other security certification requirements

• Organize external and internal audits (e.g. annual SOC2)

• Continuously improve the effectiveness of the overall security compliance capabilities by implementing technical and non-technical controls (e.g. automate SOC2 evidence collection)

• Define policies and procedures which do not slow the company down, so we can stay focused and move with urgency

• Provide guidance on the implementation of regulatory requirements derived from IT security standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27000, SOC, etc.)

• Where necessary, contribute to prospect/client communications (written and on meetings) regarding security and compliance to further all such relationships

• Perform vendor and company risk assessment within Bitrise

• Support Legal team by reviewing security schedules and addendums, if needed

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in achieving and maintaining compliance procedures, e.g. SOC2 or ISO27001, etc. (for example in a Compliance officer role)

• Technical mindset, to be able to understand the security controls and processes within Bitrise

• IT security compliance knowledge

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills

• Good communication skills (both internally and with customers and prospects)

• Attention to details

• End to end ownership (be able to own compliance within the company)

Nice to have

• Any international security certifications such as ISO 27001 LA, CISA, CISM, CRISC etc.

• Experience in compliance tools eg.: Drata, Skypher, OneTrust

• Project management experience

• Cloud knowledge
