Salesforce GTM Lead, Healthcare & Life Sciences   

The Salesforce GTM Lead will develop and execute a strategy to grow Spaulding Ridge’s Salesforce business in North America with Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) clients. The GTM Lead is focused on building a sustainable and scalable business by identifying key plays that will increase bookings, maximize our cross-selling capabilities and deepen client relationships.   

What You’ll Do:  

  • Meet and exceed an individual sales target of up to $3-5M+ annually   

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, driving pipeline generation, negotiating contracts, and closing deals     

  • Work collaboratively to develop a growth strategy for Salesforce with HLS clients  

  • Identify, develop, and prioritize Salesforce market offerings that fit HLS business needs    

  • Develop and execute account plans for HLS clients, focusing on long-term growth and partnership 

  • Oversee and lead HLS sales pipeline and align with revenue targets for Salesforce service line 

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand engagements within existing accounts    

  • Engage with delivery teams to scope and develop compelling solutions for services engagements    

  • Execute market activities, events, relationship development and thought leadership to drive awareness and sales pipeline    

  •  Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding the needs and challenges facing HLS companies, providing high-value solutions  

  • Provide thought leadership by authoring white papers hosting local events, and driving unique solutions that resonate with the HLS industry 

 What You’ll Bring:  

  • Proven success scaling a new market or offering within a consulting environment 

  • Experienced selling to health care and life sciences clients  

  • Proven business development skills with ability to attain sales targets from alliances and/or originations    

  • Deep functional and/or technical understanding of Salesforce cloud-based solutions 

  • Strong business operations skills (e.g. developing a forecast and business plan / forecast, managing towards margin and utilization goals)  

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with a diverse team of consultants, sales executives and solution architects  

  • Experience leading sales motions through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and deliverable review/approval sessions 

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively engage with CxOs and senior decision makers 

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
