ROLE SUMMARY
Tempo Software is looking for a CRM Solution Architect to join the team and own, develop, and optimize Salesforce. This role will architect and implement programs that drive lead generation response and nurture, automate sales team efforts, add efficiency in pipeline management, and improve quoting, to unlock the full benefits of CRM usage and reporting. Tempo operates a complex SaaS business and customer account profile, which requires a highly data-driven and hands-on candidate to manage administration, CRM schema & data governance, and collaborate between Revenue Teams.
This role can sit fully remote, ideally in Canada
What You'll Do -
Manage the implementation of CRM initiatives and change requests through an agile process
Maintains list health, manage segmentation strategies, and iteratively ensure data hygiene of records within the CRM
Audit and optimize the current Salesforce CRM schema, page layouts, record types, profiles, roles, hierarchies, and user workflows
Create and maintain Flows and other automation configurations to create efficiencies for Salesforce users
Synchronize with BI team to optimize data warehouse and salesforce integration
Create documentation around all Salesforce structure, process, and use, and facilitate training for all teams to drive adoption of best practices
Own configuration and maintenance of quoting, pricebooks, products, request forms, and licenses
Support sales ops and marketing with optimizing a customer lifecycle strategy through CRM data and insights, including sales tools such as Clari, Segment, and SalesLoft
Optimize SFDC usage for and integration with subscription management systems such as Chargebee and ERP processes
Create personalized reporting dashboards for various user roles to report on key metrics, and teach stakeholders how to work with the tools you give them.
Who You Are -
4+ years of experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
Advanced technical knowledge of Salesforce Administration, and deep experience with automation workflows such as Process and Flow Builder
Salesforce App Builder and knowledge of Apex
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite and Dataloader
Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
Experience with JIRA or using other agile project management systems for CRM initiative management
Salesforce Advanced Administrator and App Builder Certifications are a plus
